Ingredients
18g Philadelphia-type cream cheese
, 55g caster sugar,
1 tsp liquid vanilla extract,
100ml double cream (20% fat)
, 250ml whole milk,
30g Kit Kat (or more to taste),
caramel sauce for topping
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave until softened. Mix with a spoon until smooth.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl, then mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Gradually stir in the cream and milk, mixing well until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container. Place the storage lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the container from the freezer and take off the lid.
Make sure the bowl is securely in place in the appliance and select the "Ice Cream" program. Start the cycle. - Once the cycle is complete, start a second "Ice Cream Lite" cycle.
After the second cycle, add 1 shot (or 1 tablespoon) of milk. Reinsert the bowl into the machine and press "RE-SPIN". Continue mixing until you obtain a smooth, creamy texture. - Add the roughly crumbled Kit Kat pieces on top of the ice cream.
Drizzle the caramel sauce generously over the Kit Kat pieces.
Using a spoon, gently mix the Kit Kat pieces and sauce into the ice cream.
