Kinder Bueno bars, known for their milk chocolate, hazelnut pieces, and smooth cream, are the stars of this frozen dessert. With every scoop of ice cream, savor the perfect combination of flavors and textures. Get ready for a truly indulgent and comforting experience!
Ingredients
20g Philadelphia-style cream cheese
, 55g caster sugar,
1 tsp liquid vanilla extract,
100ml double cream (20% fat)
, 250ml whole milk,
30g Kinder Bueno bars (or more to taste)
, chocolate sauce for topping, Nocciolata Blanche spread
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the cream cheese and microwave until softened. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl, then mix well until the sugar is fully incorporated.
Gradually stir in the heavy cream and milk, mixing well until the mixture is smooth. - Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container. Place the storage lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the container from the freezer and remove the lid. - Make sure the bowl is securely in place in the machine and select the "Ice Cream" program. Start the cycle.
Once the cycle is complete, run a second "Ice Cream Lite" cycle.
After the second cycle, add 2 shots (or 2 tablespoons) of milk. Reinsert the bowl into the machine and press "RE-SPIN".
Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture. - Add the roughly crumbled Kinder Bueno bar pieces on top of the ice cream.
Generously pour the chocolate sauce and spread over the Kinder Bueno pieces.
Using a spoon, gently mix the Kinder Bueno pieces and the ice cream sauce.
