Every bite of this dessert will transport you to a world of sweet delight, where the smoothness of peanut butter meets the richness of chocolate for an irresistible chocolate experience.
Ingredients
20g Philadelphia-style cream cheese
, 55g caster sugar,
1 tsp liquid vanilla extract,
100ml double cream (20% fat)
, 250ml whole milk,
50g Reese's (or more to taste),
chocolate sauce for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the cream cheese and microwave until softened. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl, then mix well until the sugar is fully incorporated.
Gradually stir in the heavy cream and milk, mixing well until the mixture is smooth. - Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container. Place the storage lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the container from the freezer and remove the lid. - Make sure the bowl is securely in place in the machine and select the "Ice Cream" program. Start the cycle.
Once the cycle is complete, run a second "Ice Cream Lite" cycle.
After the second cycle, add 1 shot (or 1 tablespoon) of milk. Reinsert the bowl into the machine and press "RE-SPIN".
Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
Add the roughly crushed Reese's pieces on top of the ice cream.
Generously pour the chocolate sauce over the Reese's pieces.
Using a spoon, gently mix the Reese's pieces and the sauce into the ice cream.
Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious homemade Reese's McFlurry!
