The orange ice cream recipe
For this mimosa, we start by preparing a simple and refreshing orange ice cream.
Ingredients :
- 300 ml of fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)
- Zest of an orange (optional, to intensify the flavor)
- 2 tablespoons of agave or honey syrup (adjust according to your taste)
- 100 ml of water

Preparation :
- In a bowl, mix the orange juice, orange zest, agave (or honey) and water syrup. Stir well so that everything is homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, respecting the Max Fill . Covers and freezes for 24 hours .
- Once frozen, place the container in the Ninja Creami and select the Sorbet to obtain a very smooth ice. If the consistency is too firm, uses the Respin to obtain an even softer texture.

- In a champagne flute, gently deposits a small ball of orange ice cream.
