Mint chocolate ice cream recipe with the Ninja Creami machine.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 15% liquid cream
    1 cup whole milk
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 drops green food coloring
    1 teaspoon peppermint extract
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    2 shot milk

Instructions

  •  Combine the heavy cream, whole milk and granulated sugar in the mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in the peppermint extract. Add the two drops of coloring.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Mix with the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Mix again with the re-spin cycle.
  • Add the chocolate shavings and run an “Extra” cycle.
