Ingredients :
- 200 ml lime juice (about 5 limes)
- 4 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust according to your taste)
- 60 ml of white rum (optional for a cocktail effect, otherwise replace with water)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 200 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
- Zest of a lime for extra flavor (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the mint
Finely chop the mint leaves, or leave them whole if you prefer a milder infusion. You can also keep a few whole leaves for the final decoration. - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, combine the lime juice, water, agave syrup, rum (if using), chopped mint leaves, and a pinch of salt. Blend well until smooth. The aroma of lemon and mint is already present—a taste of vacation! - Pour into the Ninja Creami container

If the sorbet is too firm after the first cycle, use the “Respin” and add about 30 ml of liquid (such as a little more lime juice or water) to smooth the texture.
