  • 15 ml of heavy liquid cream
  • 100 ml of whole milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh parsley

  • A pinch of salt and pepper (adjust to your taste)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the mushroom-thyme base.
