Ingredients :
- 350g of mushrooms (button or other, well cleaned and cooked)
- 15 ml of heavy liquid cream
- 100 ml of whole milk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Fresh parsley
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme (or a sprig of thyme for infusion)
- A pinch of salt and pepper (adjust to your taste)
Preparation :
- Prepare the mushroom-thyme base.
In a pan, sauté the mushrooms with garlic and parsley until tender and lightly browned. Add the cream and let it infuse over low heat for 5 minutes. If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, use the Respin to soften the consistency. Add a little milk (about 30 ml) if needed for a creamier texture.
