Ingredients :
- 250 ml of fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (or more according to your preference)
- 80 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
- Zest of one orange (optional, to intensify the flavors)
Preparation :
- Mix the ingredients.
In a bowl, combine fresh orange juice, agave syrup, water, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add orange zest for an even stronger flavor, if desired. Taste and adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn using the Sorbet program.
After 24 hours, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a refreshing sorbet with a spicy twist. - Respin Tip:
If the sorbet is a little too firm, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of water to adjust the texture if necessary.

My Personal Tip:
This orange-cinnamon sorbet is delicious served with a little orange zest or some toasted hazelnut pieces for a crunchy contrast. For an even more indulgent touch, drizzle it with honey or maple syrup.
