Ingredients :

  • 250 ml of fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (or more according to your preference)
  • 80 ml of water
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
  • Zest of one orange (optional, to intensify the flavors)

Preparation :

  1. Mix the ingredients.
    In a bowl, combine fresh orange juice, agave syrup, water, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add orange zest for an even stronger flavor, if desired. Taste and adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking.
  2. Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
    Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours .
  3. Churn using the Sorbet program.
    After 24 hours, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a refreshing sorbet with a spicy twist.
  4. Respin Tip:
    If the sorbet is a little too firm, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of water to adjust the texture if necessary.
