Preparation :
- Saffron Infusion
: Heat 80 ml of water over medium heat without boiling, then remove from heat and add the saffron threads. Let it infuse for about 10 minutes to allow the saffron flavors to diffuse into the water. - Prepare the syrup.
Add the sugar to the saffron-infused water and heat gently to dissolve the sugar completely. Remove from the heat and let cool. - Prepare the orange juice
. Squeeze the oranges to obtain 300 ml of fresh juice. If you want an even more intense flavor, add a teaspoon of orange zest to the mixture. - Mix all the ingredients.
