Cookie Dough (raw cookie dough) is a must for dessert lovers. This egg -free version is perfect for being incorporated into ice creams, used in topping, or simply tasted with a spoon! With its melting texture and its chocolate chips, it is ideal for bringing a dose of gluttony to your frozen creations.

Ingredients :

  • 100 g soft butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 150 g of flour (thermally treated, see tip)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk (or vegetable milk)
  • 100 g of chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the flour
