- 3 ripe peaches (approximately 250g of flesh)
- 100 ml of brewed green tea (well cooled)
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the peaches:
Peel the peaches, remove the pit and cut them into pieces. Place the pieces in a blender or food processor with the lemon juice. - Green tea infusion
: Prepare a green tea infusion with 100 ml of hot water and let it steep for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Allow it to cool completely before using. - Prepare the syrup.
Heat the water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, then let it cool to room temperature. - Blend all the ingredients.
