Peach-apricot sorbet combines two delicious summer fruits for a fruity and refreshing treat. This sorbet is ideal for hot days or when you're craving a light dessert with sunny flavors.

Ingredients :

  • 200g of peaches (fresh or frozen, peeled and pitted)
  • 200g of apricots (fresh or frozen, pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 80 ml of water
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the fruit.
    If you're using fresh peaches and apricots, peel and pit them, then cut them into pieces. If you're using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly before blending.
  2. Blend the ingredients.
    In a blender, combine the peach and apricot pieces, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container

  4. Churn with the Sorbet program.
    Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and use the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a perfectly smooth and refreshing sorbet.
  5. Respin Tip:
    If the sorbet is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of liquid (such as water or a little more lemon juice) to adjust the texture.

My Personal Tip:

This peach-apricot sorbet is perfect with a few pieces of fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey to enhance the sweetness. You can also serve it with toasted almond slivers for a crunchy touch!
