Peach-apricot sorbet combines two delicious summer fruits for a fruity and refreshing treat. This sorbet is ideal for hot days or when you're craving a light dessert with sunny flavors.

Ingredients :
- 200g of peaches (fresh or frozen, peeled and pitted)
- 200g of apricots (fresh or frozen, pitted)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 80 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the fruit.
If you're using fresh peaches and apricots, peel and pit them, then cut them into pieces. If you're using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly before blending. - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, combine the peach and apricot pieces, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container
transfers the preparation in the Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the Max Fill . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and use the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a perfectly smooth and refreshing sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the sorbet is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of liquid (such as water or a little more lemon juice) to adjust the texture.

My Personal Tip:
This peach-apricot sorbet is perfect with a few pieces of fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey to enhance the sweetness. You can also serve it with toasted almond slivers for a crunchy touch!
