Peach-apricot sorbet combines two delicious summer fruits for a refreshing, fruity treat. This sorbet is ideal for hot days or when you're craving a light, sunny dessert.

Ingredients :

  • 200g peaches (fresh or frozen, peeled and pitted)
  • 200g apricots (fresh or frozen, pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 80 ml of water
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the fruit.
    If using fresh peaches and apricots, peel and pit them, then cut them into chunks. If using frozen fruit, let them thaw slightly before blending.
  2. Blend the ingredients.
    In a blender, combine the peach and apricot pieces, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and even.
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container

  4. Turbine with the Sorbet program
    Once the preparation is well frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and use the “Sorbet” . In a few minutes, you will obtain a perfectly smooth and refreshing sorbet.
  5. Respin Tip
    If the sorbet is too firm after the first cycle, use the “Respin” and add about 30 ml of liquid (such as water or a little more lemon juice) to adjust the texture.

My Personal Tip:

This peach-apricot sorbet is perfect with a few pieces of fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey to accentuate the sweetness. You can also serve it with toasted almond slivers for a crunchy touch!
