A creamy peanut ice cream recipe with the Ninja Creami machine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 15% liquid cream
    2 cups whole milk
    4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 Shots of milk to add at the end for consistency

Instructions

  • In the mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and sugar until well combined.
  • Now add the heavy cream and whole milk to the peanut butter mixture. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Next, pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Freeze the ice cream for 24 hours.
  • Mix with the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Mix again with the re-spin cycle.
