Ingredients
400g pears, peeled and chopped;
80g dark baking chocolate;
30g sugar;
2 tablespoons agave syrup;
5g fresh ginger, grated;
100ml water
Instructions
- Blend the pear pieces, dark chocolate, and sugar until smooth.
- Add the water and blend again.
- Add the grated ginger
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Close the lid and place the container in the freezer for 24 hours
- Use the Sorbet option on the Ninja Creami to blend the mixture.
- At the end of the cycle, add the agave syrup to adjust the texture if necessary and start a re-spin cycle.
