Ingredients

3 ripe pears (approximately 400g)
100ml milk (almond milk optional)
2 heaped tablespoons of salted caramel (dulce de leche optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 shots of a liquid of your choice to improve the texture at the end of preparation

Instructions

Peel and chop the pears. Blend them until you get a smooth puree.
Add the liquid cream, milk and caramel to the pear puree. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
Close the lid and let it freeze for 24 hours.
Blend using the Ice cream option. Add the 2 shots of the chosen liquid and run a re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy texture.
Serve the Salted Caramel Pear Ice Cream in bowls, optionally garnished with pieces of caramelized pear.
