Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
    1 cup coconut cream
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    3 shots white rum (optional)
    Shredded coconut and pineapple slices for garnish
    3 shots milk

Instructions

  •  In the blender, combine the pineapple pieces, coconut cream, sugar, lime juice and white rum (if used).
  • Mix until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
