Ingredients
2 cups canned lychees, drained;
1 cup lychee juice;
1/2 cup sugar;
1/2 cup 15% cream;
1/2 cup milk;
1 tablespoon rose water;
2 shots lychee juice
Instructions
- Blend the drained lychees with the sugar and lychee juice until you obtain a smooth puree.
- Add the crème fraîche and rose water to the lychee puree. Blend again until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Use the "Light Ice" option on the Ninja Creami to achieve a creamy texture. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid, add the two shots of juice, and run another spin cycle until you reach a creamy texture.
