Honestly, if you're looking for a dessert that will transport your taste buds, this lychee-rose sorbet is for you! I love the combination of lychee, this exotic and deliciously sweet fruit, with the floral touch of rosewater. It's the kind of sorbet that makes you feel like you're enjoying something chic, while remaining incredibly light and refreshing.

Ingredients :
- 300g of lychee flesh (fresh or canned, well drained)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 80 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of rose water (be careful, it's strong, so don't use too much!)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 Small pinch of salt (optional, but it brings out the flavors)
Preparation :
- Let's get cooking with lychees!
If you have fresh lychees, it's a bit of work, but it's worth it! Peel them and remove the pits. If you want to save time, use canned lychees, but drain them well so they don't make the mixture soggy. - Blend everything together.
In your blender, combine the lychees, water, agave syrup (I love using this instead of sugar), rosewater (go easy, it's very fragrant), and lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and blend until smooth. - Let's move on to the Ninja Creami
. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container. Be careful not to go over the MAX FILL . It overflows quickly, I assure you! - Freezing:
Leave everything in the freezer for 24 hours . I know, it's a long time, but patience pays off! - Time for some magic!
Once it's frozen solid, take the container out of the freezer and put it in the Ninja Creami. Use the "Sorbet" and let the machine do the work. You'll see, it's magic! - Respin Tip:
If the sorbet is still a little too hard, don't panic! Use the "Respin" and, as a little secret, add about 30 ml of liquid (water or a little lychee juice) to make the texture even smoother.

My little extra touch:
This lychee-rose sorbet is perfect on its own, but if you really want to impress, serve it with some fresh raspberries or even edible rose petals (it always makes a lovely impression!). And for true gourmands, a drizzle of honey on top is simply… wow!
There you have it, it's so simple and incredibly refreshing! This lychee-rose sorbet is one of my recent discoveries, and I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do. It's the perfect dessert for summer or for impressing your friends with something a little more sophisticated without too much effort.
