minutesA very refreshing and easy pomegranate sorbet recipe to make with the Ninja Creami ice cream maker.
Ingredients
3 cups pomegranate juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 shots of pomegranate juice for texture, to be added at the end
Instructions
- Whisk together the pomegranate juice, granulated sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Blend using the Sorbet option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the 2 shots of pomegranate juice and run a re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy texture.

Notes
- You can also sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the sorbet before serving for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
- Since we all have different taste preferences, some prefer sweeter ice cream while others enjoy it less sweet.
