A very refreshing and easy pomegranate sorbet recipe to make with the Ninja Creami ice cream machine.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pomegranate juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 shots of pomegranate juice for texture to add at the end

Instructions

  • Whisk together the pomegranate juice, caster sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Mix with the Sorbet option. Once the cycle is finished, open the lid and add the 2 shots of pomegranate juice and run a re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy texture.

  • You can also sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the sorbet before serving for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
