This raspberry-blueberry sorbet is a real treat for red berry lovers! Easy to make, it's ideal for a touch of freshness and vibrant color. Perfect for a sweet snack, brunch, or even as an accompaniment to dessert. Here's how to prepare it with your Ninja Creami.

Ingredients

  • 200g of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100g of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons of agave or honey syrup (adjust according to your taste)
  • 100 ml of water (adjust according to the desired consistency)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the fruit puree.
    In a blender, blend the raspberries and blueberries with the agave syrup (or honey) and water. Adjust the amount of water to obtain a smooth, slightly thick puree.
  2. Freezing with the Ninja Creami:
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, respecting the MAX FILL . Cover and freeze for 24 hours until the mixture is firm.
  3. Churn the ice cream.
    Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and use the Sorbet to achieve a smooth, fruity texture. If the sorbet is too firm, use the Respin to soften the consistency, adding a splash of water or agave syrup if needed.

Tasting
