Ingredients :
- 100 g fresh or frozen strawberries
- 200 g of rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
- 70 ml of light liquid cream
- 70 ml of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)

- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the rhubarb
if you use fresh rhubarb, peel it and cut it into small pieces. If you use frozen rhubarb, let it thaw a little. Cook the rhubarb in a saucepan with a spoon of agave syrup and a little water over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, until it becomes tender and compote. Let cool. - Prepare the strawberries
wash the strawberries well, hull them and cut them into pieces. If you use frozen strawberries, let them thaw slightly. - Mixes ingredients
in a blender, adds strawberries, cooked rhubarb, cream, milk, agave syrup, lemon juice and a small pinch of salt. Mix well until you get a smooth and homogeneous texture. The fruity fragrance will already make you want to immerse the spoon! - Pour into the Ninja Creami container
