If you like the slightly daring mixtures, this ricotta, feta and black olives ice will please you. It's fresh, creamy, and the small salty twist of black olives adds a really nice Mediterranean touch! I know, we are far from classic sweet flavors, but believe me, this salty dessert is perfect for an original aperitif or even as an accompaniment with a salad. With the Ninja Creami, the texture is always impeccable.

Ingredients :
- 200 g of ricotta (for a very creamy texture)
- 100 g of feta (for the small salty and intense taste)
- 100 ml of whole liquid cream
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g of black olives (pitted and finely chopped)
- A pinch of black pepper and spices, I put Provence herbs!
- A lemon zest (optional, but adds a nice touch of freshness)
Preparation :
- Mix the Ricotta-Feta base
in a bowl, mix the ricotta, crumbled feta, cream and olive oil. If you prefer an ultra-listed texture, do not hesitate to mix everything. I love the smell of olive oil associated with cheese, it immediately makes me think of summer aperitifs by the sea. Adds the pepper and a little lemon zest to enhance the flavors (lemon is really the little extra that changes everything!). - Add the olives
incorporate the chopped black olives into the preparation, gently mixing them to distribute the pieces well. The olives add this small salty touch which contrasts well with the sweetness of the ricotta and the feta. You will see, each spoon is a real taste surprise. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container
transfers the preparation in the Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the Max Fill (always a useful recall for a perfect texture). Then put everything in the freezer for 24 hours . A little patience ... but it's worth it! - Turbine with the Ice Cream program
once the 24 hours have passed, inserts the container in the Ninja Creami and launches the "Ice Cream" . A few minutes later, you get a smooth ice cream with this unique mix of almond, feta and olives. - Tip Respin
If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, uses the Respin to make it more creamy. If you want an even softer texture, add a drizzle of olive oil or a little cream.

My Personal Tip:
This ice cream is perfectly served with fresh herbs like basil or thyme to bring a touch of freshness. To accompany it, you can try croutons of toast, or even a net of honey for those who like sweet and savory! A little bit of balsamic vinegar when serving, it is also a combination to try for even more gluttony. I promise you, it always surprises the guests!
Here, your ricotta, feta and black olives ice cream is ready! It is a perfect option for an original aperitif, with Mediterranean flavors that are really out of the ordinary.
