Ingredients
- 2 apples (Granny Smith or Golden Delicious for a sweet-tart balance)
- 150g of fresh or frozen blackberries
- 2 tablespoons of agave or honey syrup (adjust according to your taste)
- 50 ml of water (adjust as needed for consistency)
- Blackcurrant cream (for serving)
Preparation
- Prepare the fruit puree.
In a blender, blend the peeled and chopped apples with the blackberries, agave syrup, and water. Adjust the amount of water to obtain a smooth but slightly thick puree that will freeze well. - Freezing with the Ninja Creami:
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, respecting the MAX FILL . Cover and place in the freezer for 24 hours to allow the mixture to solidify completely. - Churn the ice cream.
Once the mixture is frozen, place the container in the Ninja Creami and start the Sorbet to obtain a smooth, icy texture. If the ice cream is too firm, use the Respin to adjust the consistency.
