Cherry-blackberry sorbet is an explosion of fruity flavors, combining the sweet tang of cherries with the light acidity of blackberries. It's a super refreshing sorbet that will please all red fruit lovers.

Ingredients :
- 200g of cherries (pitted, fresh or frozen)
- 200g of fresh or frozen blackberries
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 80 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the fruit.
If you're using fresh fruit, pit the cherries and wash the blackberries well. If you're using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly to make blending easier. - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, add the cherries, blackberries, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . A few minutes later, you'll have a fruity and perfectly smooth sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the sorbet is a little too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" . Add approximately 30 ml of liquid (such as water or a little more lemon juice) to adjust the texture if necessary.

My Personal Tip:
For a delicious twist, serve this sorbet with dark chocolate shavings or a few fresh cherries as a garnish. You can also add some chopped mint for an extra touch of freshness. A drizzle of blackberry or cherry syrup on top makes it even better!
This cherry-blackberry sorbet is perfect for a refreshing break. Thanks to Ninja Creami, you'll get a smooth texture that highlights the perfect combination of these two red fruits. A true delight with every spoonful!
