Ingredients :

  • 300 g of fresh figs (or frozen, well drained)
  • 100 ml of whole liquid cream (for a smooth texture)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (adjust according to your tastes)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary (or 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the figs
