Hello frozen treat lovers! Today, embark on a flavorful escape with our Cucumber, Kiwi, and Mint Sorbet. Imagine the crisp freshness of cucumber combined with the gentle acidity of kiwi, all topped off with a touch of invigorating mint. Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded, cut into pieces;
    1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces;
    200 ml water;
    20 g fresh mint leaves;
    20 g granulated sugar;
    juice of 1 lemon;
    2 shots of water

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the cucumber pieces, kiwi and mint leaves.
  • Add the sugar, water and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
  • Close the lid and let it freeze for 24 hours.
  • Choose the Sorbet option on the Ninja Creami. At the end of the cycle, add two shots of water for the perfect texture. Repeat the spin cycle until you reach your desired consistency.
