Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely grated;
2 Greek yogurts;
2 cloves of garlic, pressed;
2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped;
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
; Salt and pepper, to taste;
1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Use the "Lite Ice cream" option of the Ninja Creami.
- Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the spoonful of olive oil. Run another spin cycle until you achieve a creamy texture.
