Ingredients :
- 100 ml of liquid cream
- 200 ml of whole milk
- 2 lemons (zest and juice)
- 3 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust according to your taste)
- 20 g lemon zest
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the lemon base
in a bowl, mix milk, cream, agave syrup and lemons juice. Also add the lemons zest for a more intense flavor. This creamy mixture will give you a beautiful tangy base, perfect for lemon lovers! - Pour into the Ninja Creami container
