Grapefruit-strawberry sorbet is a delicious combination of flavors where the tangy freshness of grapefruit meets the natural sweetness of strawberries. A light and refreshing dessert, perfect for summer fruit lovers.

Ingredients :
- 200 ml fresh grapefruit juice (about 1-2 grapefruits)
- 200 g fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 80 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the fruit.
If you're using fresh strawberries, hull them and cut them into pieces. If they're frozen, let them thaw slightly. Squeeze the grapefruits to get the necessary juice. - Blend the ingredients.
Put the grapefruit juice, strawberries, water, agave syrup, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend well until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a smooth and creamy sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the sorbet is too firm, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of liquid (such as grapefruit juice or water) to smooth the texture.

My Personal Tip:
This grapefruit-strawberry sorbet is delicious served with fresh strawberries or chopped pistachios for a bit of crunch. You can also add some freshly chopped mint to enhance the flavors and bring even more freshness.
This grapefruit-strawberry sorbet is perfect for a light, sweet, and tangy dessert. The combination of strawberries and grapefruit creates a refreshing and fruity balance of flavors, ideal for hot summer days or for a delicious treat anytime.
