This strawberry-lavender sorbet is a floral and fruity combination, perfect for those who enjoy sweet and refreshing flavors. The addition of lavender provides a delicate, fragrant touch, balanced by the sweetness of the strawberries.

Ingredients (adapted for the Ninja Creami container):
- 300g of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (adjust to your taste)
- 100 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of dried lavender flowers (or 1 drop of food-grade lavender extract)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :
- Prepare the strawberries.
Hull the strawberries and cut them into pieces. If you are using frozen strawberries, you can let them thaw slightly before using them. - Lavender Infusion:
Heat the water in a small saucepan. Add the lavender flowers and let it steep for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse. Strain the lavender flowers once the infusion is complete. If you are using culinary lavender extract, you don't need to make the infusion; simply add it directly in the next step. - Blend all the ingredients.
In a blender, combine the strawberries, cooled lavender infusion (or extract), agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt if desired. Blend until smooth. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, making sure not to exceed the MAX FILL . - Freezing:
Place the container in the freezer and let it rest for 24 hours . - Churn with the Ninja Creami.
Once thoroughly frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and use the "Sorbet" to obtain a smooth and creamy texture. - Respin Option:
If the sorbet is still too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" . Add approximately 30 ml of liquid (such as water or a little strawberry juice) to achieve a smoother texture.

My Personal Tip:
This strawberry-lavender sorbet is delicious served with a drizzle of honey to enhance the sweetness. You can also garnish it with a few fresh lavender flowers or even add a dollop of whipped cream for a delightful contrast.
