Strawberry-lemon sorbet is the perfect blend of sweet strawberries and refreshing lemon. It's an ultra-fruity and refreshing sorbet, perfect for hot days or simply when you're craving something cool!

Ingredients :
- 300g of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 80 ml of fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 4 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust to your taste)
- 50 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the strawberries.
If you're using fresh strawberries, hull them and cut them into pieces. If they're frozen, let them thaw slightly to make blending easier. - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, water, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt. Blend well until smooth and homogeneous. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a fresh and smooth sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the sorbet is a little too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add about 30 ml of liquid (such as water or more lemon juice) to adjust the texture.

My Personal Tip:
For an even more indulgent treat, serve this sorbet with slivers of lemon zest or even a drizzle of honey. If you want to play with contrasts, accompany it with some freshly chopped basil for a herbaceous touch that pairs wonderfully with the lemon!
