Strawberry -peach ice cream is a delicious combination of the creamy sweetness of peaches and the fruity freshness of strawberries. Perfect for summer, it combines these two fruits to create a smooth and light ice cream with just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients :
- 150g of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1500g of peaches (fresh, peeled and cut into pieces, or frozen)
- 100 ml of full liquid cream
- 150 ml of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (adjust to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the fruit.
If you're using fresh fruit, hull the strawberries and peel the peaches before cutting them into pieces. If you're using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly before blending. - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, add the strawberries, peaches, heavy cream, milk, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend well until smooth and creamy. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Ice Cream program.
Once the mixture is frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Ice Cream" . A few minutes later, you'll have smooth, fruity, and refreshing ice cream. - Respin Tip:
If the ice cream is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" to adjust the texture. Add approximately 30 ml of cream to make the ice cream even creamier.

My Personal Tip:
For an even more indulgent treat, you can add pieces of fresh fruit or even a strawberry or peach coulis just before serving. A dollop of whipped cream or a few mint leaves for garnish, and you have a perfect dessert!
