Ingredients :
- 150 g fresh or frozen strawberries
- 150g peaches (fresh, peeled and cut into pieces, or frozen)
- 3 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust according to your taste)
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 100 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the fruits
if you use fresh fruit, hits the strawberries and peel the peaches before cutting them into pieces. If you use frozen fruits, let them thaw slightly before mixing them. - Blend the ingredients

This sorbet is perfect on its own, but for a little extra something, you can serve it with fresh fruit or a drizzle of peach syrup. A little sprinkle of fresh mint on top will add even more freshness and color to this dessert.
