Strawberry-peach sorbet is a perfect balance between the sweetness of peaches and the fruity flavor of strawberries. This sorbet is perfect for hot summer days or simply when you're craving a light and refreshing treat.

Ingredients :

  • 150g of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 150g of peaches (fresh, peeled and cut into pieces, or frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust to your taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the fruit.
    If you're using fresh fruit, hull the strawberries and peel the peaches before cutting them into pieces. If you're using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly before blending.
  2. Blend the ingredients.
    Put the strawberries, peaches, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
    Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours .
  4. Churn using the Sorbet program.
    After 24 hours, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . You'll get a smooth and refreshing sorbet in just a few minutes.
  5. Respin Tip:
    If the texture is a little too firm, use the "Respin" and add about 30ml of liquid (such as water or peach juice) to adjust the consistency.

My Personal Tip:

This sorbet is perfect to enjoy on its own, but for an extra touch, you can serve it with pieces of fresh fruit or a drizzle of peach syrup. A sprinkle of freshly chopped mint on top will add even more freshness and color to this dessert.
