A fruity recipe with delicious tangerines to make with the Ninja Creami machine.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of freshly squeezed mandarin juice,
    1/2 cup of granulated sugar,
    1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
    the zest of 1 mandarin,
    2 shots of water

Instructions

  •  Whisk together the mandarin juice, granulated sugar, lemon juice and mandarin zest in the bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  •  Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Blend using the ice cream setting. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the water. Blend again using the re-spin setting until you achieve a creamy texture.

Notes

  • The mandarin zest enhances the flavor, but you can omit it if you wish.
