Ingredients :
- 200 ml of light liquid cream
- 100 ml of whole milk
- 1 vanilla bean (or 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract)
- 1 tonka bean (finely grated)
- 3 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust according to your taste)
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the vanilla-tonka bean infusion.
In a saucepan, gently heat the milk and cream with the split vanilla bean (or vanilla extract) and the grated tonka bean. Let it infuse over low heat for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend, then remove from the heat. If using a vanilla bean, remember to scrape out the seeds before removing it. - Mix the ingredients.
Remove the vanilla pod and let the milk and cream mixture cool slightly. Then add the agave syrup and a pinch of salt, and stir well until everything is fully combined. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Pour this mixture into your Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place it in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn using the Ice Cream program.
After 24 hours, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Ice Cream" . In just a few minutes, you'll have smooth and flavorful ice cream! - Respin Tip:
If the ice cream is a little too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" to soften the texture. If needed, you can add 30 ml of milk for an even smoother texture.

To elevate this ice cream, you can garnish it with a few dark chocolate shavings or toasted hazelnuts for a touch of crunch. And if you really want to impress your guests, serve this ice cream with a drizzle of homemade caramel for an even more indulgent contrast!
