The pear-vanille sorbet is a gentle and subtle combination, ideal for a fruity and gourmet dessert. The sweetness of the pear goes perfectly with the delicate aroma of vanilla, creating a light sorbet, perfect for lovers of soft flavors.

Ingredients :
- 3 ripe pears (about 400 g of flesh)
- 80 ml of water
- 80 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla pod (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the pears
peeled and denoy the pears, then cut them into pieces. Put them in a blender or a blender with lemon juice. - Prepare the vanilla syrup
in a small saucepan, heat the water and sugar over medium heat. Cut the vanilla pod in half, scratches the seeds and add them to the syrup (or uses vanilla extract). Leaves to heat gently for about 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and let cool. - Mixed all the ingredients
adds the bleeding vanilla syrup with the pears and a pinch of salt. Mix until a very smooth and homogeneous texture. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container
pours the preparation into the Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the Max Fill . - Freezing
places the container in the freezer and let it stand for 24 hours . - Turbine with the Ninja Creami
once the preparation is well frozen, place the container in the Ninja Creami and uses the "Sorbet" to obtain a smooth texture. - Respin option
If the sorbet is still too firm after the first cycle, uses the "Respin" . Add about 30 ml of liquid (like water or a little pear juice) to obtain an even more creamy texture.

My Personal Tip:
This pear-vanille sorbet is delicious solo, but you can also marry it with a scoop of chocolate ice cream for a gourmet contrast. For lovers of texture, adds a few shards of grilled hazelnuts in topping or serve it with spoon cookies for a crunchy touch.
This is a soft and delicate sorbet that brings a touch of elegance to your frozen desserts. Thanks to the Ninja Creami, this pear-vanille sorbet will have a smooth and creamy texture, ideal for a refined sweet break!
