A recipe for healthy and vegan banana ice cream with the Ninja Creami ice cream machine.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
    ​​1 can of coconut milk
    2 tablespoons of maple syrup or agave nectar
    1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
    2 Shooters of water
    1 Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Cut the bananas into slices.
  • In the blender, combine the coconut milk, bananas, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  •  Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Mix with the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the water. Mix again with the re-spin cycle until you obtain a very creamy texture.
