A recipe for healthy and vegan banana ice cream using the Ninja Creami ice cream maker.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced;
    1 can of coconut milk;
    2 tablespoons of maple syrup or agave nectar;
    1 tablespoon of vanilla extract;
    2 shots of water
    ; 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Slice the bananas.
  • In a blender, combine the coconut milk, bananas, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  •  Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Blend using the ice cream setting. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the water. Blend again using the re-spin setting until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
