Ingredients :
- 3 green apples (or Granny Smith apples for an acidity)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 80 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of dried verbena (or 1 teaspoon of verbena extract or verbena syrup if you have)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 Small pinch of salt (optional, but it brings out the flavors)
Preparation :
- Prepare the apples
peel and cut the apples into small pieces. The more you cut them, the easier it will be to mix them afterwards. If you want a softer taste, you can also use Golden apples, but I love the acidity of Granny Smith! - Verbena infusion
heats the water in a small saucepan, adds the dried verbena, and lets infuse for about 5 minutes. If you use extract, you can add it directly to the mixture afterwards. Filter the verbena to keep only the infusion. - We mix it all
put the pieces of apples in your blender, adds the infusion of cooled verbena, agave syrup, lemon juice and pinch of salt. Mix until you get a very smooth mixture. If it's still a little too thick, you can add a little water to adjust. - Direction the Ninja Creami
