Watermelon and raspberry sorbet is an ultra-light and hydrating dessert, perfect for summer. The watermelon provides a naturally sweet flavor, while the raspberries add a touch of acidity that perfectly balances this refreshing sorbet.

Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a perfectly smooth and refreshing sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of water to achieve a smoother texture.

My Personal Tip:
For an even more summery touch, you can serve this sorbet with a few fresh mint leaves or even add some pieces of watermelon or fresh raspberries on top for a bit of texture. This sorbet is also perfect with a drizzle of raspberry syrup to enhance its fruity flavor!
