Watermelon and raspberry sorbet is an ultra-light and hydrating dessert, perfect for summer. The watermelon provides a naturally sweet flavor, while the raspberries add a touch of acidity that perfectly balances this refreshing sorbet.

Ingredients :

  • 150g of watermelon (seedless, cut into pieces)
  • 150g of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the watermelon and raspberries.
If you are using frozen raspberries, let them thaw slightly. Cut the watermelon into pieces, removing any seeds if necessary.
  2. Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, add the watermelon chunks, raspberries, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours .
  4. Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a perfectly smooth and refreshing sorbet.
  5. Respin Tip:
If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of water to achieve a smoother texture.

My Personal Tip:

For an even more summery touch, you can serve this sorbet with a few fresh mint leaves or even add some pieces of watermelon or fresh raspberries on top for a bit of texture. This sorbet is also perfect with a drizzle of raspberry syrup to enhance its fruity flavor!

This watermelon-raspberry sorbet is an explosion of freshness and fruity flavors, perfect for summer days. Thanks to Ninja Creami, you get a smooth and silky texture that makes this sorbet a real pleasure to eat!
