I was super excited to imagine creamy ice cream, refreshing sorbets ... But between the recipe book delivered with the machine and the Tiktok videos, I was disappointed. Was the book recipes basic, and Tiktok recipes? Visually nice, but taste and ingredients, that was not really that! So, I decided to create ICE-CREAMI.com to share recipes tested and approved, easy and above all really good.

When I had my Ninja Creami, I thought that following the recipes of the book or Tiktok trends would be enough. Spoiler: that was not the case! Most of these recipes lacked flavor, used complicated ingredients, or gave disappointing textures. Very quickly, I told myself that I needed simpler, natural, and really greedy recipes.
