If you're a fan of the combination of white chocolate and raspberries, this recipe is just for you. White chocolate ice cream with fresh raspberry pieces is pure bliss, a delightful interplay between sweet and tangy. The white chocolate provides a comforting sweetness, while the raspberries add a refreshing, fruity twist. And thanks to Ninja Creami, you'll get an ultra-creamy, irresistible texture!

Ingredients :

200g white chocolate, 200ml whole milk, 200ml heavy cream, 2 tablespoons agave syrup (because why not?), 100g fresh raspberries (for a touch of tangy zest), a pinch of salt (optional, but you know, it brings out the flavors)

Okay, shall we get started? First, melt the white chocolate gently in a double boiler or in the microwave. The idea is to have a smooth, lump-free chocolate. Then, mix this melted chocolate with the milk, cream, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt (if you decide to add it). Whisk well until everything is perfectly combined, and you can already smell that delicious aroma of white chocolate… it's hard not to dig right in with a spoon!

Pour all of that into the Ninja Creami container, and again, be careful not to go over the MAX FILL (we follow the rules here 😅). Then, freeze for 24 hours. Yes, I know, it's a long time, but trust me, it's worth it.

The next day, you take out your container, insert it into the Ninja Creami, and select the "Ice Cream" . In a few minutes, you'll get super creamy white chocolate ice cream, but wait, there's more.

Now for the fun part: add the fresh raspberry pieces using the "Mix-In" . This mode incorporates the raspberries without breaking them, so you keep those tangy little bursts in every bite. It's the perfect combination of creamy white chocolate and the fresh, fruity flavor of the raspberries. If the texture is a little too firm, a quick Respin and it's fixed!

For an even more indulgent treat, you can add extra pieces of white chocolate, or even a drizzle of raspberry coulis on top to enhance the fruity flavor. Personally, I love the contrast between the fudgy texture and the fruit pieces.

So there you have it, your white chocolate ice cream with raspberry pieces is ready! It's refreshing, it's delicious, and above all, it's a recipe you'll love making again and again. Enjoy!
