If you're a fan of the combination of white chocolate and raspberries, this recipe is just for you. White chocolate ice cream with fresh raspberry pieces is pure delight, a bit like a stroll between sweet and tangy. The white chocolate brings that comforting sweetness, and the raspberries add that refreshing, fruity twist. And thanks to the Ninja Creami, you'll have an ultra-creamy texture that's to die for!

Ingredients :
200g white chocolate 200ml whole milk 200ml whole single cream 2 tablespoons agave syrup (because why not?) 100g fresh raspberries (for the tangy burst) A pinch of salt (optional, but you know, it brings out the flavors)
So, shall we get started? First, melt the white chocolate gently in a bain-marie or in the microwave. The idea is to have a smooth, lump-free chocolate. Then, mix this melted chocolate with the milk, cream, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt (if you decide to add some). Whisk well so that everything is perfectly integrated, and then you can already smell that delicious white chocolate aroma... it's hard not to dive a spoon right in!
Pour all of this into the Ninja Creami container, and again, be careful not to exceed the MAX FILL (we're following the rules here 😅). Then freeze for 24 hours. Yes, I know, it's long, but trust me, it's worth it.
The next day, you take out your container, insert it into the Ninja Creami, and select the "Ice Cream" . In a few minutes, you'll have super creamy white chocolate ice cream, but wait, it's not over yet.

Now for the fun part: add the fresh raspberry pieces with the "Mix-In" . This mode allows you to incorporate the raspberries without destroying them, so you keep those tangy little bursts in every bite. It's the perfect combo between the creaminess of the white chocolate and the fruity, fresh side of the raspberries. If the texture is a little too firm, a little Respin and it's fixed!
For even more indulgence, you can add extra pieces of white chocolate, or even a drizzle of raspberry coulis on top to enhance the fruitiness. Personally, I love it when there's this contrast between the fondant and the fruit pieces.
So there you have it, your white chocolate ice cream with raspberry pieces is ready! It's fresh, it's delicious, and most importantly, it's a recipe you'll love to make again and again. Enjoy!
