Ingredients
2 cups yuzu juice (or a mixture of lemon and lime juice)
100ml water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 1 yuzu (optional)
1 shot of water
Instructions
- Whisk together the yuzu juice, granulated sugar and yuzu zest (if using) until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Blend using the Sorbet option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the 2 shots of water. Spin again until you achieve a creamy texture.
