Craving a refreshing dessert with a little something extra? Apple-ginger sorbet is just what you need! The sweetness of the apples pairs perfectly with the subtle zing of ginger, and honestly, it's simply divine. It's a surprising yet incredibly delicious combination, and with Ninja Creami, you get a truly dreamy texture.

Ingredients :
- 3 apples (I like to use Granny Smith for a bit of acidity, but all varieties work)
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm, peeled and grated)
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (to keep the apples fresh)
- 80 ml of water
- A small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the apples.
Peel and core the apples, then cut them into small pieces. If you want an even more tangy sorbet, leave some of the peel on (that's where the apples' acidity comes from!). - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, add the apple pieces, grated ginger, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous puree. The aroma of ginger mingling with that of apples… pure bliss! - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then, place it in the freezer for 24 hours (this is the part where patience is key!). - Churn using the Sorbet program.
After 24 hours, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . In just a few minutes, you'll have a smooth sorbet with a hint of ginger to awaken your taste buds! - Respin Tip:
If the texture is a little too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add about 30 ml of water to adjust and make it lighter.

My Personal Tip:
I love adding a little lemon or lime zest on top for extra freshness. And if you're feeling indulgent, a few pieces of lightly caramelized apple make a perfect topping for this sorbet!
Apple-ginger sorbet is the kind of dessert that's both delightful and surprising. Thanks to Ninja Creami, you get that perfect texture, and the combination of sweet apples and spicy ginger makes it a dessert that's as original as it is delicious. Simply put, everyone will love it!
