Apple-cinnamon sorbet is a delicious combination of sweetness and spice. This sorbet is reminiscent of spiced apple cider, but in a light, frozen version. Perfect for fans of apples and mild spices.

Ingredients :
- 2 apples (preferably Granny Smith for their tartness)
- 100 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (adjust according to your preference)
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the apples.
Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small pieces. Granny Smith apples are ideal because of their slight acidity, but you can use other varieties according to your preferences. - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, add the apple pieces, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn using the Sorbet program.
After 24 hours of freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . A few minutes later, you'll have a sweet and spicy apple-cinnamon sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the sorbet is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of water to adjust the texture.

My Personal Tip:
This sorbet is delicious on its own, but you can drizzle it with caramel or add a few pieces of fresh apple for extra texture. A sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving, and you have a super elegant and comforting dessert!
This apple-cinnamon sorbet is perfect for a sweet treat, with a delightful combination of sweet and spicy flavors. Thanks to Ninja Creami, you'll get a smooth and refreshing texture that evokes the comforting flavors of autumn, while remaining light and icy.
