Ingredients
150 ml of 15% liquid cream
200 ml of whole milk
1 bunch of fresh basil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 shots of liquid juice of your choice to improve the texture at the end
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and basil over low heat until the mixture is hot. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
- Remove the basil and use an immersion blender to blend the infused milk.
- In a bowl, mix the cream and salt until completely dissolved.
- Add the infused milk to the cream-sugar mixture, then stir in the lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
