Ingredients
150 ml of 15% fat cream,
200 ml of whole milk,
1 bunch of fresh basil,
2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
2 shots of juice or liquid of your choice to improve the texture at the end,
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and basil over low heat until the mixture is hot. Let it infuse for 15 minutes.
- Remove the basil and use an immersion blender to mix the infused milk.
- In a bowl, mix the cream and salt until completely dissolved.
- Add the infused milk to the cream-sugar mixture, then stir in the lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Use the Ice cream option of the Ninja Creami until you achieve a creamy texture.
- At the end of the cycle, add two shots of lemon and run another spin cycle for the perfect consistency.
