This grapefruit-raspberry sorbet combines the tangy freshness of grapefruit with the slightly sweet flavor of raspberries, creating a delicious and refreshing balance. Perfect for a fruity dessert that's a little out of the ordinary!

Ingredients :
- 200 ml of fresh grapefruit juice (about 1-2 grapefruits)
- 200g of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 6 tablespoons of agave syrup (adjust to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 80 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :
- Prepare the fruit.
If you're using fresh raspberries, wash them well. If they're frozen, let them thaw slightly. Squeeze the grapefruits to get the necessary juice. - Blend the ingredients.
In a blender, combine the grapefruit juice, raspberries, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, without exceeding the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . A few minutes later, you'll have a smooth and refreshing sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" and add about 30 ml of liquid (like a little more grapefruit juice) to smooth the texture.

My Personal Tip:
To elevate this grapefruit-raspberry sorbet, serve it with chopped pistachios or grapefruit zest for a crunchy touch and extra freshness. And why not try some chopped mint to enhance the flavors?
This grapefruit-raspberry sorbet is a light and fruity dessert, ideal for those who love sweet and tangy flavors. With Ninja Creami, you'll get a smooth and perfectly refreshing texture with every spoonful. A real treat to enjoy any time of year!
