Ingredients :
- 100g of soft butter
- 100g of brown sugar
- 50g of white sugar
- 150g of flour (heat-treated, see tip)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk (or plant-based milk)
- 100g of chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation :
- Prepare the flour.
To make the flour safe to eat raw, spread it on a baking sheet and heat it in the oven at 150°C for 5 to 10 minutes. This kills any bacteria that may be present in the flour. - Cream the butter and sugars.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the brown sugar and white sugar. Use a whisk or spatula to thoroughly incorporate the ingredients and obtain a creamy texture. - Add the vanilla and milk.
Stir in the vanilla extract and gradually add the milk to achieve a slightly softer consistency. If the batter is too thick, add an extra tablespoon of milk. - Incorporate the flour.
Add the cooled flour and mix well until fully incorporated. The dough should be smooth, neither too dry nor too runny. - Add the chocolate chips.
Finally, incorporate the chocolate chips into the batter. Mix gently to distribute them evenly. - Store your dough!
Transfer the cookie dough to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. It can keep for about a week, but it's often devoured long before then!

My Personal Tip:
This cookie dough is just perfect for incorporating into vanilla or chocolate ice cream with the Ninja Creami.
