Peach coulis is a fruity treat that adds a delicately sweet flavor to your desserts. Perfect for topping creamy ice creams like vanilla, yogurt, or even sorbet, it's easy to make and adds a lovely summery touch to your frozen creations.

Ingredients :
- 4 ripe peaches (or 400g of drained canned peaches)
- 70g of sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of the peaches)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of water
Preparation :
- Prepare the peaches.
If you're using fresh peaches, peel them and remove the pit. Then cut them into pieces. If you prefer canned peaches, drain them well before using them. - Cook the peaches.
In a small saucepan, combine the peach pieces, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Heat over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the peaches are very soft and beginning to break down. - Blending:
Blend everything using an immersion blender or in a regular blender until smooth. If you prefer a thinner coulis, pass it through a sieve to remove any fibers. - Let it cool.
Allow the coulis to cool to room temperature before using it on your ice cream. It will keep in the refrigerator for about a week in an airtight container.

My Personal Tip:
This peach coulis is absolutely delicious on vanilla or frozen yogurt, but also perfect with red berry or mango ice cream. For a more textured dessert, you can add pieces of fresh or grilled peaches to your ice cream. Personally, I also like to use it to swirl frozen yogurt into the ice cream before churning it with the Ninja Creami. The result is simply sublime!
And there you have it, a simple and sweet homemade peach coulis, perfect for adding a fruity touch to your Ninja Creami frozen creations.
