100 ml of 15% liquid cream,
250 ml of whole milk,
50 g of granulated sugar,
3 tablespoons of lavender honey
, 2 drops of lavender essential oil (food grade, high quality, check that the use of essential oil is suitable in your case),
2 shots of a liquid of your choice to improve the texture (agave syrup, milk, lemon etc.)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, cream, and sugar. Heat gently until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Add the lavender honey and lavender essential oil to the cooled mixture. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Close the lid of the Ninja Creami and let it freeze for 24 hours.
- Mix using the Ice Cream option on the Ninja Creami. At the end of the cycle, add two shots of your chosen liquid and run another spin cycle until you achieve a creamy texture. Taste and add an extra drop of lavender essential oil if needed.
